HI, I'M VIKKI!
Lovely to meet you.
I'm a User Experience Designer based in Sydney. Additionally, I'm coffee obsessed and can somehow play guitar, bass, and piano well enough that people perceive me as something of a multi-instrumentalist (I'll gladly take it).
When I realised UX was a beautiful intersection between technology, service, human behaviour, creativity and research, I naturally followed that curiosity via an intensive design course that solidified my passion and what I already knew: design is where I need to be.
My "why" is that I care. A lot. I care when people struggle with the very things that should make our lives easier. I care to think that there is always a better way to achieve a task. I care to question when something merely looks good at the expense of a vital need that is not being met. The many ways in which I care are rooted in my design process, and speak to who I am as a designer.
I have much to learn, but plenty to give.
